Through these efforts, we strive to address issues of employee disengagement and turnover.

With over twenty years of experience in the SaaS industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. As the former founder and CEO of Nomadesk, which was successfully acquired by Unifiedpost Group in 2017, Filip has a proven track record of success. During his time at Unifiedpost Group and subsequently Itineris, he played integral roles in Corporate Development and M&A, further showcasing his strategic prowess and leadership capabilities.

Dr. Vickie Dekocker is Senior Expert Education-Labour Market and policy advisor on the topic. She holds a PhD from KU Leuven and is a visiting professor of Sociology of Work. Vickie is one of the authors of the book "Learning dual learning" (Acco, 2018) and "Towards a new social contract in the 21st century" (Lannoo, 2019). She also wrote different contributions on HR technologies (De Tijd, Bloovi, Knack, Trends) and is frequently asked as a guest speaker on the topic.
